OMG autumn starts early this year!
I’m Diane Curran and like you, I see that the calendar says September 22 is the Autumn Equinox, but with Labor Day being so early this year —September 1st— Fall is already here!
The season I call The Big Busy is now upon us.
It always has us racing and getting winded before too long. It’s Time to learn how to change that!
